MEET YOUR COACH

Thomas (Tom) Harris

President and Certified Business Coach

Tom is the founder and President of Harris Human Resources Group, Inc. and the owner of a ActionCOACH - Business Coaching Franchise both located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Harris is an experienced senior manager with over 30 years of leadership and goal-oriented achievement. He is gifted with the passion for achievement and teaching management skills to adults.

He has proven expertise in helping businesses with efficiency and profitability challenges and human resources challenges. Tom specializes in Coaching/Training and Developing Owners, Employees, Supervisors, Managers and growing companies! Along with his experiences, he has also received an MBA, MS in Psychology, BS in Personnel and numerous certifications that include: SHRM-SCP, CBP, CCP, GRP. Tom is also a Certified Trainer with John Maxwell Leadership and a Published Author of: Live Life Abundantly - 25 Steps of Achieving Your Life-time Goals.

Tom has been married to his wife for over 38 years and they raised three children. All three children are now in management positions in their respective careers.

He is also presently serving his 4th term as an Allen County Councilman and presently serving as President. Tom represents over 355,000 citizens and responsible for approving over $250 million in Allen County funds.
